About the event
At an ordinary Carl Dinner Party, we surprise you with what's on the menu. This time, you're in charge! When you register, tell us one or two ingredients that you want to see on the menu for this dinner party and we will make it happen, Carl-style. Just make sure it's seasonal (or season-less) and don't do something Chopped-like by suggesting Sour Patch Kids or canned salmon. That said, we don't mind a challenge...
The dinner will be in a private home in Center City. We will begin with a cocktail hour (with a welcome cocktail and three passed hors d'oeuvres), followed by four seated courses. We will email a menu a few days before the dinner with some wine recommendations (BYO).
The ticket price is non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person.
