About our menus
The menus for Carl Dinner Parties are, first and foremost, inspired by the season. We shop at local farmers markets (primarily the Tuesday & Saturday Rittenhouse Farmers Market and the Sunday Headhouse Square Farmers Market) and we talk to our purveyors, and based on availability we begin brainstorming about the menu. Read about our wonderful farmers and purveyors (and utilize them too!).
We usually finalize the menu two days before the party, and then we will email you details about the menu along with our wine suggestions (and the location of the party!). Of course, some details are subject to change, based on late-breaking developments to all of the above (or an occasional mistake!).
We are open to — and excited about — constructing an entire menu around a dietary modification (e.g., vegan, gluten-free); if you have ideas, use our contact form to reach out. (And while you are there, sign up for our newsletter!)
