Next up in the Carl & Friends Series: dinner with Cheesemonger Ann Karlen of Third Wheel Cheese
Third Wheel Cheese Co. specializes in farmstead and artisan cheeses from the northeast region. They work directly with over 40 farmers and producers from Virginia to Vermont to curate their collection of the finest domestic cheeses. We will be creating a menu with Ann that highlights some of these cheeses in every course.
The dinner will be in a private home in Center City. We will begin with a cocktail hour (with a welcome cocktail and three passed hors d'oeuvres), followed by four seated courses. We will email a menu a few days before the dinner with some wine recommendations (BYO).
The ticket price is non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person.

Carl Social Members can purchase two tickets (one for themselves and one for a guest) one week before they go on sale to non-members. Your ticket includes seven dishes, a welcome cocktail, and three to four hours of fun! The ticket price is non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person.
