About the event
Next up in the Carl & Friends Series:
Chef Ange Branca of Kampar will be joining us to celebrate the Year of the Horse with traditional auspicious Malaysian dishes, including a communal "prosperity toss" of Yee Sang salad: Lo Hei!
The dinner will be in a private home in Center City. We will begin with a cocktail hour (with a welcome cocktail and three passed hors d'oeuvres), followed by four seated courses. We will email a menu a few days before the dinner with some wine recommendations (BYO).
The ticket price is non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person.
