About the event
Affectionately known as "Blind Bear Claire", Claire Trindle is Pennsylvania's first and only woman Certified Pommelier™ and the only Philadelphian currently holding the credential. As the founder of Blind Bear Beverages, Claire specializes in immersive workshops that guide enthusiasts through the nuances of flavor discovery and the precise science of food pairings. So, that's the plan for this Carl & Friends Cider Dinner, which we scheduled to fall during Philly Cider Week (October 25th - November 1st).
We will begin with a cider cocktail (and three small bites) during the social hour, followed by (at least) four more glasses of cider (paired with three savory courses and dessert). If you want additional beverages, you are more than welcome to BYO.
The ticket price is non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person.
