About the event
The dinner will be in a private home in Center City. We will begin with a cocktail hour (with a welcome drink and three passed hors d'oeuvres), followed by four seated courses. Each course will be paired with a glass of wine, selected by Jill Weber.
Jill Weber is a professional archaeologist and is the founder and owner of Sojourn Philly which operates four restaurants, including Jet Wine Bar where you can find organic, natural, unusual and—most importantly—delicious Ancient World wines presented with approachability. Jill holds regular wine dinners at Jet where we have learned to appreciate her skill in unique food and wine pairings. Tonight, she will be pairing wine with dishes inspired by her travels in Morocco!
