About the event
Ben Wenk's family has been farming in Adams County for generations, and for the past decade he has changed the landscape of PA cider with his award-winning Ploughman Cider. This dinner will feature at least six single varietal and blends (including some that are not available for purchase) along with a dinner designed to highlight these beautiful ciders. Plus, for our gluten-free friends, this entire dinner is safe for you to enjoy!
We will begin the evening with a social hour with three small bites and three single varietals, along with a discussion with Ben about all things cider. Before we sit, you will have the chance to taste several varieties of cider apples (and their resulting single varietal ciders).
