About the event
Johnny Carwash and Ian used to hang out at an Old City sushi restaurant called Kisso, and recently we all reconnected at a Kisso pop-up where "Carwash" was pouring sake. Ever since then, we've been talking about doing a Carl & Friends dinner together, and it's finally happening!
We will begin the evening with a social hour with three small bites and a sake-themed cocktail, along with a discussion with Carwash about sake basics. Over dinner, you will enjoy four courses (three savory, one dessert) paired with four sakes, each in a different style, and all from regions that Sharon particularly enjoyed when she lived in Japan. This pescatarian menu will be Carwash-style: meat-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free (inquire about other modifications).
The ticket price is non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person.
