Carl Social Party (Members Only): Mardi Gras with Tess

When a Carl Social Party falls on Mardi Gras, Ian and Sharon have to bring out the big guns: Philadelphia's favorite Southern Belle, Tess Farmer! Gumbo. Red beans & rice. Mini muffuletta sandwiches. Hush puppies. Of course a King cake. And maybe a Hurricane to start things off! (Of course, all of the above is subject to change because this is a Carl party after all !!) Expect a guest appearance by the Queen of the Pepper Krewe, Miss Wrigley in her regal coat.

Enjoy great food and great company with fellow Carl enthusiasts. For a couple of hours, we’ll be sending out platters of food that are intended to be eaten while standing with a drink in one hand, but we don’t call them hors d’oeuvres because those are supposed to be one-bite only. And you know we can’t do that.  Bring a drink (or two) to share!! And…
