Vineyard dinner at Vox Vineti

Von Vineti crafts small-batch, single-vineyard wines that are dynamic, revealing a thrilling tension between their aromas, textures, and flavors. They rely on native yeasts, using a traditional pied de cuve technique to start fermentation, and employ French oak cooperagreof various ages and capacities to ensure a terroir-sensitive élevage. The resulting wines relay the authentic voice of the vineyard.

We will be crafting a menu to highlight these beautiful wines, all to be enjoyed over dinner at the vineyard with the winemaker.
